📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing production schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks.,Monitor and report on production progress, identifying any bottlenecks or issues.,Assist in maintaining quality control standards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Support the production team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Assist in training and mentoring new employees.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving sessions.,Assist in the preparation of production reports and documentation.,Support the production manager in any additional tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and teamwork abilities.,Familiarity with production processes and quality control standards.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
