In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Stock and manage inventory, including fresh produce, meats, and pantry items.,Prepare and present dishes to meet customer expectations and maintain high standards of presentation.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to operational improvements.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Handle food waste and disposal in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with various cooking techniques and ingredients.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and menu items.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
