Stripe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Manager to join our User Enablement team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our platform adheres to the highest standards of compliance and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain compliance programs, conduct risk assessments, and ensure that our users are enabled to operate within the bounds of the law.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.,Conduct risk assessments and identify potential compliance risks.,Monitor and report on compliance activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to relevant stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices.,Provide guidance and support to team members on compliance-related matters.,Ensure that user onboarding and enablement processes are compliant with regulatory requirements.,Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Law, or a related discipline.,5+ years of experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in the financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements, including but not limited to AML, KYC, and data protection laws.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.,Experience with compliance management systems and tools is a plus.,Certifications in compliance-related fields (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) are a plus.
