📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Generate monthly financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax filings.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and budgeting.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.
• Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS).
• Certification in Accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
