PT. FUNSO SEJAHTERA INDONESIA is seeking a dedicated HR & Legal Staff with proficiency in Mandarin. This role is crucial in supporting our company's operations and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

As an HR & Legal Staff, you will be responsible for various HR activities and legal support, including but not limited to employee relations, recruitment, and legal documentation.

We are looking for a professional who can communicate effectively in Mandarin and English, and has a strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents and contracts.,Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the preparation and organization of HR-related reports and data.,Provide administrative support to the HR and Legal departments.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all HR and legal matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.,Proficient in Mandarin (both written and spoken).,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in HR and legal support roles is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.
