Royal Port Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and professional Butler to join our team. As a Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our esteemed guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. This is a hybrid position, offering a unique blend of office and on-site responsibilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide personalized service to guests, including room service, concierge assistance, and event coordination.,Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas.,Assist with the preparation and service of meals and beverages in the dining area.,Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Assist with the management of guest records and reservations.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance service skills.,Contribute to the overall ambiance and hospitality of the resort.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Valid driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicle.,Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
