Your daily tasks will involve interpreting between Japanese engineers and Indonesian production teams, translating technical documents, and facilitating meetings to ensure seamless collaboration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Interpret between Japanese and Indonesian teams during meetings, discussions, and training sessions.
Translate technical documents, manuals, and reports related to automotive production.
Facilitate communication between Japanese engineers and Indonesian production teams to ensure clarity and understanding.
Assist in quality control processes by interpreting technical specifications and standards.
Support the production team in understanding and implementing new processes or technologies introduced by Japanese counterparts.
Act as a liaison between different departments to resolve communication barriers.
Stay updated with industry trends and automotive technology to provide accurate interpretations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during interpretations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in both Japanese and Indonesian languages, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in interpreting or translation, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of automotive production processes and terminology.
Certification in Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1/N2) is a plus.
Experience working in a multicultural or international environment.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
