Puskesmas Dewi Coffee is looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations and processes comply with all relevant regulations and standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of service and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures.,Reviewing and analyzing audit findings to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborating with team members to address and resolve audit issues.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit records and reports.,Providing training and guidance to staff on health and safety protocols.,Ensuring that all employees are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Certification in auditing or a related field is a plus.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for auditing and reporting.
