📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide 24-hour care, including meals, bedtime routines, and daily activities.
• Engage in educational activities and developmental support tailored to the child's needs.

• Organize and participate in outdoor activities and playdates to promote social skills.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the child.
• Communicate regularly with the family to ensure the child's needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in childcare or early childhood education.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Experience with Montessori or other child development methodologies.
• Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to the family's schedule and needs.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
