PERSOL is seeking a highly skilled Robotic Lab Manager to lead our cutting-edge robotics and AI initiatives in Bali. As the Robotic Lab Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our robotic laboratory, ensuring that our research and development efforts are on track and aligned with our company's strategic goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the robotic laboratory, including equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and lab cleanliness.,Lead and mentor a team of robotic engineers, AI specialists, and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.,Develop and implement research and development projects in the fields of robotics and AI, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines, and conduct regular audits to maintain a safe and efficient lab environment.,Collaborate with external partners, universities, and research institutions to expand our knowledge base and stay at the forefront of technological advancements.,Monitor and analyze lab performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.,Present research findings and project progress to stakeholders, including senior management and clients, using clear and compelling communication skills.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in robotics and AI, and drive continuous learning and professional development within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, AI, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or Ph.D. is a plus.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing robotic laboratories or similar environments, with a strong background in robotics and AI.,Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring technical teams, and managing complex projects from inception to completion.,Excellent knowledge of robotic systems, sensors, actuators, and control algorithms, as well as a deep understanding of AI principles and machine learning techniques.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Familiarity with industry-standard software tools and platforms, such as ROS, MATLAB, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, is a plus.
