In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and procedures to protect the company's assets and personnel.,Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed entry.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel to respond to security incidents and emergencies.,Provide training and guidance to security personnel on best practices and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date security records and reports.,Collaborate with management to assess and address security vulnerabilities and threats.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of security regulations, laws, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Proficiency in using security management software and tools.,Valid security clearance and certification (e.g., SIA, ASIS, etc.) is a plus.
