PT Raya Harapan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training Officer to join our team in Batang. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization and employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to help them apply new skills and knowledge in their work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
