📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Process and verify financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other required reports.
• Support the finance team in maintaining accurate bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and vendor payments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
