📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor the management team to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to achieve organizational goals.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.,Represent the company in meetings and events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
