Prime Local Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Cirebon, Jawa Barat. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, scheduling, and maintaining candidate records.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and data entry.,Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with various departments to gather and analyze employee feedback.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Assist in organizing and participating in team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.,Support the HR team in any other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR-related role or a similar administrative position.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
