In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Captain in managing the camp operations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing camp operations and ensuring smooth daily activities.,Oversee the safety and well-being of camp guests, including organizing and leading group activities.,Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to ensure all camp needs are met.,Maintain a clean and organized camp environment, including facilities and equipment.,Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members to ensure high standards of service.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of camp policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local regulations and safety protocols for camp operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
