📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead instructor in planning and delivering training sessions.,Prepare and distribute training materials and resources.,Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students.,Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.,Collaborate with the training team to ensure smooth operation of courses.,Support the lead instructor in managing student inquiries and issues.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant knowledge into training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with training and development methodologies.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid teaching certificate or equivalent experience.
