📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and receiving to maintain optimal stock.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect staff and prevent accidents.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.,Lead and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and morale.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
