📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by implementing robust data quality controls and processes.,Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.,Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis requirements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role.,Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to tackle complex business challenges.,Proven track record of success in leading and mentoring a team of data analysts.,Familiarity with data governance and data security best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
