In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment is in optimal working condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to lead and mentor junior technicians.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on machinery and facilities.,Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly and efficiently.,Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and training.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.,Certifications in relevant maintenance and safety standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).,Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures and tools.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with maintenance management software and systems.,Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
