📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.,Lead and mentor a team of production operators, providing guidance and support.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Operator or similar role in the real estate or construction industry.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team of operators.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using relevant production software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
