📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify and analyze training needs and develop solutions to address them.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and presentations.,Facilitate and conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtual.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure that training programs are relevant and impactful.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
