📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide psychosocial support, counseling, and advocacy to patients and their families
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
• Develop and implement psychosocial programs
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Assess patients' needs and provide emotional support
• Advocate for patients' rights and well-being
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of psychosocial interventions
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Social Worker or similar role
• Certification as a Medical Social Worker (CMSW) or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of psychosocial aspects of healthcare
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with healthcare software and tools such as EPIC, Cerner, or similar
