📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and client visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment and industry standards.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
