📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct job analysis and create accurate job descriptions and specifications.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements and cultural fit.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
