📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned retail area,Managing and motivating a team of sales associates,Ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded,Implementing and maintaining effective customer service standards,Conducting regular inventory checks and ensuring stock levels are adequate,Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and customer feedback,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Participating in training and development programs for staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or sales management role,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and meeting sales targets,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Familiarity with retail software and systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
