📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitoring and controlling production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Maintaining and repairing production equipment and machinery.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Conducting routine inspections and tests to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborating with the team to improve production processes.
  • Documenting production data and generating reports.
  • Assisting in the training of new employees.
  • Participating in shift-based work schedules.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Operator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.
  • Familiarity with production equipment and machinery.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Willingness to work in a remote environment.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of Indonesian language.
