📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert consulting services to clients, helping them to implement and optimize Oracle applications and technology solutions.
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Oracle technology and industry trends.
  • Mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborate with other consultants and stakeholders to ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participate in sales activities, such as proposal writing and presentations, to secure new business opportunities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle applications and technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects in a consulting capacity.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle's suite of applications, including ERP, HCM, and CX.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
  • Certifications in Oracle products, such as OCM, OCM Implementation, or Oracle Cloud, are a plus.
