📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Coordinate training and development programs,Oversee benefits administration and payroll processing,Support the company's strategic goals by aligning HR practices with business objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities,Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is a plus
