📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Vertiv products and services.,Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.,Assist in the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives.,Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance service offerings.,Participate in on-call duties to ensure immediate response to critical issues.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote Vertiv products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles.,Strong knowledge of Vertiv products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
