📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting customers with their shopping needs and providing product information.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Stocking and organizing merchandise in the store.
  • Processing customer payments and handling cash transactions.
  • Promoting sales and special offers to customers.
  • Assisting with inventory management and restocking.
  • Ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
