📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly instructions, manuals, and guides.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure they meet quality standards.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
