📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the injection molding facility, ensuring efficient and safe production.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled technicians and operators.
• Optimize production processes using tools like MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ERP software.
• Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and meet quality specifications.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in injection molding or related manufacturing roles.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Familiarity with MES and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.
