📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide psychosocial support, counseling, and advocacy to patients and their families
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
- Develop and implement psychosocial programs
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Assess patients' needs and provide emotional support
- Advocate for patients' rights and well-being
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of psychosocial interventions
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Social Worker or similar role
- Certification as a Medical Social Worker (CMSW) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of psychosocial aspects of healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with healthcare software and tools such as EPIC, Cerner, or similar
