As an Executive / Senior Executive in Business Development & Leasing, you'll be responsible for driving the growth of our portfolio and ensuring that our properties are always occupied by the most desirable tenants.

In this role, you'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify new leasing opportunities, negotiate terms, and manage tenant relationships. You'll also be responsible for developing and implementing leasing strategies that align with our business objectives and deliver maximum value to our shareholders. With your extensive experience in property leasing and a deep understanding of the Bali market, you'll be well-equipped to drive the success of our leasing team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead end-to-end leasing operations, from identifying new opportunities to closing deals and managing tenant relationships.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies that align with business objectives and deliver maximum value to shareholders.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new leasing opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on leasing performance and market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to property leasing.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive the growth of the property portfolio.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in property leasing, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of the Bali property market, including local regulations, trends, and tenant preferences.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in using property management software, such as Yardi or OnQ.
• Certified in Property Management (CPM) or a related certification is a plus.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
