📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of production targets.,Monitor production schedules and coordinate with production teams to meet deadlines.,Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.,Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Manage inventory and procurement to support production needs.,Train and mentor production staff to improve productivity and quality.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO, GMP, etc.).,Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
